We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order, no minimum required. All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sale events or holidays, processing may extend to up to 7 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- Europe & UK: 10–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
3. Order Changes & Address Updates
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to make changes, email us at support@trysonicedge.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll confirm any adjustments to prevent delivery issues.
4. Tracking, Delays & Issues
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page.
If a delay occurs due to weather, customs, or courier issues, we recommend contacting the carrier. Still need help? Email support@trysonicedge.com and we’ll assist.
If your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, we cannot be held responsible—but we’ll help you file a claim.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@trysonicedge.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll either replace the order or issue a refund.
