At SonicEdge™, we stand behind the quality of our hearing devices and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 180-Day Risk-Free Trial on all SonicEdge™ products.
How the 180-Day Trial Works
Try SonicEdge™ risk-free for up to 180 days from the date of delivery.
If you're not completely satisfied with your hearing device, you can request a return within this period—no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The return must be initiated within 180 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in good condition with no excessive damage.
All accessories originally included in your order must be returned.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending any items back. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Please email our support team at hello@trysonicedge.com to initiate your return. We’ll provide detailed instructions, including your RMA number and the correct return address.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is returned in damaged condition or missing parts, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Exchanges
We do offer direct exchanges and store credit. If you need a different product or replacement, please please reach out directly and we will be happy to help.
Warranty Claims
All SonicEdge™ products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects. For warranty claims, contact hello@trysonicedge.com for assistance.
